WHY SPF ROOFING

The Most Cost-Effective Long-Term Roofing Solution

Seamless Design

No seams, laps, or flashings for water to chase. Monolithic application eliminates the most common flat-roof leak paths.

Self-Flashing

Enhanced waterproofing around edges and all roof penetrations — no separate flashing materials needed.

Built-In Insulation

Functions as both roof and insulator, reducing HVAC costs by up to 30%.

Lightweight — No Tear-Off Required

Can be applied over many existing roofs with no costly tear-off or landfill waste.

Strong Adhesion

Bonds tightly to the roof deck, adding structural strength and eliminating wind uplift concerns.

50+ Year Lifespan

With periodic recoating every 10–15 years, the SPF roof system lasts indefinitely.

Sustainable & Cost-Effective

More cost-effective long-term than traditional roofing systems that require full tear-off and replacement.

Walkable Immediately

Safe for maintenance access right after installation — no wait time required.

MAINTENANCE

Keeping Your SPF Roof In Peak Condition

Recoating every 10–15 years restores UV resistance and essentially resets the roof’s service life. This is far less costly than a full roof replacement and is the key to an SPF roof lasting indefinitely.

We recommend biannual inspections (spring and fall) plus a visual check after any major storm. CKC offers ongoing maintenance support for SPF roofing systems.
